STRATEGIC FINANCE MANAGER — DRMERS CLUB (IN OFFICE, BURNABY)
We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to become DRMERS CLUB’s first in-house finance hire and help build the company’s financial operating system from the ground up.
This is a highly analytical and high-ownership role focused on helping the business make smarter decisions across cash flow, inventory, marketing spend, retail growth, and profitability.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to improve forecasting, financial visibility, operational planning, and overall business performance as the company continues to scale.
This is not a traditional accounting role.
We’re looking for someone who can think like an operator — someone who naturally identifies inefficiencies, builds systems, creates clarity from numbers, and helps guide better business decisions through financial insight.
