Retail Return Policy
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Within 14 Days: Returns and size exchanges accepted with original receipt.
- Returns: Full refund to your original payment method
- Size Exchanges: Same item, different size — processed directly at the counter, subject to availability
- Want a different item? Return your original purchase for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want
After 14 Days: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached
- Original receipt is required — no returns without proof of purchase
- Returns are processed in-store at the time of visit
ONLINE PURCHASES RETURNED IN-STORE
Online orders can be returned or size-exchanged in-store:
- Returns: Store credit issued as a DRMERS CLUB e-gift card (cash or original-payment refunds are not available in-store for online orders unless the order was placed in-store)
- Size Exchanges: Same item, different size — processed directly at the counter, subject to availability
- Want a different item? Return your online order for store credit, then use it toward a new purchase
Bring your order confirmation email or packing slip as proof of purchase. Same condition requirements apply: unworn, unwashed, original tags attached.
