- Greet every customer with intention and energy — create a welcoming, elevated experience.
- Share the story behind DRMERS CLUB and guide guests through the product with confidence.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor and backroom clean, organized, and styled to standard.
- Stay familiar with our product lines and latest drops to answer questions and make suggestions.
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks and contribute to a smooth-running store.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with an outgoing personality and natural ability to connect with people.
- A positive, self-motivated team player who takes pride in doing great work.
- Prior retail experience is a plus, especially in streetwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong communicator — clear, confident, and personable.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays.
