Refund policy

IN-STORE RETURNS

All products purchased in-store must be exchanged/returned at the same store it was originally purchased at.

You have 14 days after the date of purchase to make any exchange or return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains, and have all original tags attached.

ONLINE RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing hi@drmersclub.com. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

In-Store Drop-Off (Canadian Orders): Online orders shipped within Canada can also be returned in person at the DRMERS CLUB Vancouver flagship in Gastown. Please bring your order confirmation or order number with you. The same eligibility window and return conditions apply.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns are reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days of being received.

  • We currently do not accept returns from the EU.

Exchange Policy:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order once your return has been processed.

IMPORTANT EXCLUSIONS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Collaboration pieces

  • Limited edition drops

  • Discounted items marked FINAL SALE

DAMAGES & ISSUES

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at hi@drmersclub.com with photos of the issue and your order number in the subject line.
Our team will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution.

Report any missing packages within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

DRMERS CLUB is not liable for lost or stolen packages where the shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.
